25% booking deposit upon reservation.
Final payment and euro 500 refundable damage deposit 8 weeks prior to holiday begins. 

Upon cleared funds, information about keys and driving instructions will be released.
On completion of holiday and safe return of the keys the damage deposit will be refunded providing the house is left in good order.

Mandatory weekly cleaning at a cost of Euro 175,-

Consumption is charged seperately.

There is a French Tourist Tax of € 1,50 per person per day
The tenancy extends from Saturday to Saturday. Latest departure 10:00 am. Earliest arrival 4:00 pm. 

During low season (nov-mar) the minimum rent is one month.
